pobl. is partnering with a boutique healthcare PR and communications agency to find a Senior Account Director who will lead and shape impactful campaigns while building strong client partnerships. Typical projects include digital campaigns, product launches, awareness initiatives, major events, national media outreach, educational initiatives, and crisis and issues management.

About the Role

The agency is undergoing an exciting period of growth, with several high-profile campaigns for global pharma clients set to launch in early 2025. As a Senior Account Director, you’ll lead innovative, results-driven communication campaigns for top-tier clients. You’ll manage client relationships, develop strategic initiatives, and oversee their implementation to deliver exceptional outcomes. Your responsibilities will also include identifying business growth opportunities, driving new client acquisition, and maintaining the financial health of client accounts.

This is a hybrid position, where you'll need to be on-site in Sydney's CBD three days per week. We are open to considering applications from candidates in other countries who have plans to relocate to Australia.
