As a Project Manager, you'll work within cross-functional teams to manage diverse healthcare communications projects, with the independence to shape your approach to your work. This role is perfect for a Senior Account Executive looking to take the next step in their MedComms career. 

The position offers genuine flexibility with options to work remotely or from modern offices in Macclesfield or Oxfordshire.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead project management for key client accounts, ensuring high-quality delivery and timeline adherence
• Develop and monitor project budgets, including scopes of work, change orders, and reconciliations
• Work closely with writing teams to establish and track project milestones
• Manage client relationships through effective communication and proactive problem-solving
• Support business growth while mentoring junior team members

What We're Looking For

• Medical communications agency experience, ideally at Senior Account Executive level
• Strong understanding of med comms project processes and financial management
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Proven client communication skills and ability to work independently
• Knowledge of healthcare industry guidelines and best practices
