We are recruiting for a Resource Lead to join an established medical communications agency. This new role is central to the company's operational effectiveness, ensuring that client-facing teams are resourced appropriately. This position can be based in Manchester, Oxfordshire, or undertaken remotely within the UK.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and maintain systems to track resource plans, providing clear visibility of capacity across all delivery teams.
• Oversee the weekly resource cycle, respond to daily ad hoc requests, and act as the main point of contact for resource-related queries.
• Collaborate with company leaders on medium and long-term resourcing strategies, including identifying future recruitment and freelance needs.

The experience you'll need

• Significant experience in resource management or a similar project leadership role within a medical communications agency - this is essential. 
• A collaborative and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to build trusted relationships with team members and business leaders.
• A deep understanding of MedComms project delivery, with strong and diplomatic communication abilities.
