Based either in Chester (UK) or Rome (Italy), this opportunity would suit an experienced Account Executive ready to step up, or an Account Manager seeking a new challenge where your organizational skills and attention to detail will be highly valued.

You'll be joining a talented team developing high-quality medical education for global pharma clients, with the opportunity to grow at an agency known for impactful work and excellent client service.

What You'll Be Doing

• Hands-on management: oversee the delivery of medical education programs and materials, keeping projects within scope, budget and timelines
• Team collaboration: work directly with internal teams to plan and finalize client deliverables that meet the highest standards
• Relationship building: liaise with international clients, partners and program faculty to support successful project delivery
• Event coordination: assist with logistics management and work with external suppliers to ensure seamless execution
• Client communication: lead meetings and provide timely, accurate status reports that demonstrate your attention to detail

What We're Looking For

• Medical education experience: at least a few years in a similar role, preferably within a medical education agency setting
• Strong communicator: outstanding verbal and written skills with the ability to efficiently capture detail
• Self-starter mindset: highly organized with a focused yet flexible approach to your work
• Virtual collaboration skills: experience working effectively with colleagues and clients in remote settings
• An interest in science and healthcare communication: degree-level education is preferred, particularly in a biomedical science
