pobl. is recruiting for two trainee positions at an independent medical communications agency. This is an opportunity to join an established team and develop your skills in a professional environment. Based in Beaconsfield, UK, with hybrid working options [three days onsite per week], these roles offer an entry point into the medical communications sector.

About the Roles
You will join a team that develops educational content and communications for pharmaceutical clients. Both roles offer training and mentorship to support your development.
1. Account Executive
This role focuses on project and client management. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of medical communication projects.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Relationship building: Liaise with pharmaceutical clients and medical experts to support project delivery.
- Project management: Support the planning and execution of projects, including scientific publications and educational events, keeping them on time and on budget.
- Team collaboration: Work with internal medical writing and creative teams to produce client deliverables.
- Client communication: Help to run meetings and provide status reports.
2. Associate Editor
This role focuses on scientific accuracy and quality control. You will ensure that scientific materials meet the required standards for clarity and integrity.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Quality control: Edit and proofread scientific content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and style.
- Compliance checking: Ensure all content adheres to relevant industry codes of practice and client-specific guidelines.
- Fact-checking: Verify data and referencing for scientific communications.
- Team collaboration: Work with medical writers to refine scientific content.
