We are seeking a Senior Scientific Director to join a highly-regarded medical communications agency, recognised for its outstanding workplace culture and award-winning projects. This role is ideal for an individual with significant experience in publications and medical affairs, offering the opportunity to lead major client accounts and contribute to strategic business unit direction within a collaborative environment.

This role can be fully remote, or hybrid (within the UK).

What you'll be doing:

• Providing senior leadership for assigned accounts, ensuring successful project delivery, financial health, and adherence to timelines. 
• Mentoring and supporting the professional development of account team members.
• Taking an active role in a business unit management team, contributing to optimal unit performance and development.

The experience you'll need:

• Exceptional academic background in biomedical sciences. 
• Significant medical communications agency experience, ideally as a Scientific Director, Editorial Lead, or similar.
• A track record of ensuring the highest quality and scientific integrity of client deliverables. 
• Demonstrated ability to maintain open communication and foster team morale.
