We're hiring for an Account Director to join a healthcare communications agency that partners with pharmaceutical and healthcare clients to build engagement through clear strategy and compelling content. As an Account Director, you will lead key client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee the delivery of strategic and digital campaigns that are aligned with client objectives.
• Act as a strategic partner to clients, guiding their thinking and adding value to their campaigns.
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts, while mentoring and providing direction to the client services team.

The experience you'll need

• Several years' experience in client services within a medical communications agency in a similar role - you may be an experienced Senior Account Manager or Account Director. 
• A strong understanding of digital and omnichannel communication tools, content strategy, and the healthcare sector.
• Proven success in building senior client relationships, growing accounts, and mentoring a team.
