We're hiring for an Innovations Lead to join a highly respected independent medical communications agency. This is a rare opportunity to shape and evolve the innovation agenda of a top-tier agency, with a primary focus on digital service developments, omnichannel understanding and internal capability in AI technologies.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading the development of digital, AI, and other technology-driven service offerings.
• Functioning as an internal champion for innovation, educating and inspiring account teams and other team members on the application of digital, AI, and other technology in medical communications.
• Partnering with the Growth Team to effectively showcase innovative services in new business materials.

The experience you'll need:

• Extensive medical communications agency experience–understanding the development and implementation of digital services for typical MedComms pharmaceutical clients and projects is essential to this role. 
• Deep expertise in digital services, AI, and intelligent automation, with the ability to translate emerging technologies into practical solutions for clients.
• Strong leadership and people skills, with the proven ability to inspire, educate, and guide colleagues.
